We employ mystery shoppers as a freelancer who will work anonymously and pose as ordinary customers. Mystery shoppers will evaluate the business of our clients based on their experience through visits, telephone calls or online assessments.
We then ask mystery shoppers to complete questionnaires that provides a detailed picture of their own customer experience.
In return for the services, mystery shoppers will receive a fee and or complimentary products or services.
